The Classic
A brandy cocktail is an ideal method to enhance the flavour of a quality brandy. And it fits the definition of a cocktail perfectly. Only for hardcore brandy lovers.
Ingredients
- 60ml Beg Rakija
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- Sugar cube
- Angostura bitters
Instructions
- 1 Muddle sugar cube with bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
- 2 Add ice, brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice.
- 3 Stir well and garnish with a lemon twist.
